In October 2007 I was looking to purchase a home and I contacted Narelle Grieve to act as my estate agent.
I was immediately impressed with her “can do†attitude as well as her no pressure salesmanship. At the same time I was also in contact with several other agents – however, none of them came close to Narelle’s professionalism or service. She kept in contact with me at all times in order to keep me informed whether she had any properties to show me or not. When a suitable property was eventually found, nothing was too much bother or inconvenience for her. On several occasions she went more than the extra mile, going out of her way in order to ensure a win-win situation for all parties involved.
I always found Narelle to be respectful and courteous, along with being particularly genuine and honest. If she said she would act on something, she did so immediately then got straight back tome so I was always informed as to what was happening. Her after sales service was also impressive – a rare quality and one that is like a breath of fresh air.
Narelle is a lady who is genuinely interested in her clients and I cannot recommend her highly enough whether to future clients or colleagues. She will always be my first contact if I am ever looking to purchase further real estate in the future.
