When approached by Darryl Angus, I was going through a particularly nasty separation, plus I had wasted 18 months on the market with another local agent, with their outlandish promises and ongoing lies, so I was in no mood for more nonsense from another real estate agent. I had been approached by all of the local agents during my time on the market but they all sounded the same and to be quite blunt I was starting to get pissed off and had resigned myself to the fact that my house simply wouldn’t sell.
Darryl first contacted me by phone and my initial thought was Oh God, not another bloody one. The next day he showed up and simply dropped off some local property information, introduced himself and left. After a few hours I actually picked up the information and went through it. It showed me very clearly that I was nearly $100k overpriced and this was why I was not selling, but the other agents hadn’t told me any of this, they were all “YES MEN”, telling me anything that they thought I would want to hear rather than what I needed to hear. As I went through the information, I thought that Darryl deserved a closer look, so I invited him around the following night.
he sat patiently for hours and listened to my entire life story with empathy and without interruption. He then told me the bad news, which he had pre prepared me for with all of the information anyway, then he told me the good news, that he could take on my property and get it SOLD, which he did in double quick time. If only I had met Darryl 18 months earlier.
I whole heartedly recommend to anyone and everyone this energetic person who kept every single promise that he made. He deserved every last cent of his commission and more for ending what had been 18 months of hell for me.

I brought my first home from Natgroup Real Estate Corporation. From the first time I contacted them, they were in touch daily, seeing where I was up to and offering any assistance that I may need, including helping me to get finance.
My first offer completely maxed out my pre-approved finance, but he offered suggestions of other sources of funds and finally I was able to get an extra $19,500 from my family to bring my offer up to asking price.
Yes I paid more than I wanted to, but when the time comes to sell, I will be calling Natgroup because they worked so hard to get me into my first home, but at a cost. That's exactly what I would expect as a seller.

I have never met Darryl Angus, He made contact with me in the mail offering his services to help me get out of what had been a particularly trying time with an agent that I was completely fed up with. The content of his mail was very informative and it was his attention to detail that made me send him an email requesting more information from him.
From this day on we were in touch almost every day discussing details that I felt were necessary for me to proceed with him. The queries were all answered completely and promptly which surprised me as I have many properties all over Australia and have dealt with many agents, none of which delivered his prompt and professional service.
Having spent many thousands of dollars on marketing with the previous agent I was reluctant to spend any more however after seeing the way that Darryl markets property with his Video’s and excellent quality printed material he convinced me to invest in what turned out to be a stunning marketing package.
12 months on the market with another agency, with no enquiries, Darryl took my property to the market for more than I had it priced with the other agency and within 48 hours he had a written offer on the table which I accepted the very next day.
I only wish I had Darryl to sell some of my other properties in other parts of Australia. For his results and effectiveness I would gladly pay much more for his marketing packages and happily pay his commission which all was so well deserved
