Rent under your Residential Tenancy Agreement will be payable in advance each week (unless other arrangements are made). If at any time you are unable to make a payment please contact your property manager immediately. No cash is accepted at the offices on weekends, please keep your rent card safe, rent is to be paid using your rent card by Bpay, internet banking or at most post offices.
Your bond is held as security against any damage or undue wear and tear. It will be refunded after you vacate the property if the premises are left in as close as possible the same condition as your tenancy commenced and no other monies owing.
The property will be inspected periodically after 7 days notice has been given to you to check on how the property is being maintained and to see what general maintenance may be required.
We recommend you insure all your personal possessions against any loss, damage or theft. The landlord does not have an obligation to ensure your personal belongings.

All repair requests must be put in writing. Emergency repairs will be accepted verbally. We will endeavor to attend to the repairs as quickly as possible, however, it is necessary to obtain the landlords approval and quotes before any repairs can be seen to, so unfortunately delays are sometimes unavoidable. The upkeep of gardens and lawns are your responsibility.
The Residential Tenancy Agreement can be terminated by you, in two ways;
If however, you must vacate prior to the expiration of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, please contact your Property Manager immediately. We will endeavor to find another suitable tenant for the property but you will be responsible for the rent until another tenant is found, as well as the payment of a letting fee, an agreement preparation fee and any advertising costs.
