What We're Looking For:

Have current experience in a real estate office.

Requirements:
MUST hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or higher
MUST hold a valid driver's license
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday Open Home support as required.
A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to build a successful career in the industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a diverse team
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Previous experience in real estate or sales administration
You will ideally have:
Great time management and diary skills and the ability to multitask several projects contemporaneously.
Your eye for detail in your work and also in your own presentation and personal standards is an essential fit for our workplace.
You will be personally accountable for goals and targets and be focused on our KPI’s.
Teamwork but self-starter and finisher attributes are highly desired.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Saturday and weekday open homes.
Administration & Sales Support
Manage new listings from Form 6 to launch and oversee the process from launch to settlement
Ensure all listing marketing, compliance documents, and budgets are accurately prepared and executed
Assist with contract management, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
Maintain CRM records and ensure all prospecting data is up to date
Assist with social media posting and ideas
Data base and warm calling and appointment setting skills essential for sales & property management team pipelines
Liaising directly with vendors including weekly reporting and client relationship management.
Property listing and appraisal appointments to arrange, co-attend and process.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of sellers through consistent follow-up and relationship-building
Conduct Just Listed, Just Sold calls and anniversary check-ins
Assist in testimonial collection and review management
