The first step: One of our specialised Property Managers will meet with you to discuss your needs and expectations. They will assess the market rental of your property and fully explain the way Natgroup will manage your property. The Property Manager will determine the most appropriate marketing strategy and present a proposal for your approval.
If your property is currently being managed by another agent we can take care of the transfer for you. All you need to do is authorise the transfer and leave the rest to our team.
Once you have signed the managing agency agreement we will implement the marketing strategy and the Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant will begin actively selling your property to potential tenants. We ensure that all people inspecting your property are escorted by a member of our team. All interested tenants will be thoroughly checked using our tenant screening process. We will provide you with the opportunity to meet any prospective tenants should you wish to do so.
Once leased, the property will be managed day-to-day by one of our specialist property management teams. This team consists of an office manager, Property Manager, maintenance manager and leasing assistants. They will take care of all maintenance work, rent reviews, tenant management and any other issues relating to your property. They will communicate with you regularly and be your principal point of contact.
You will receive statements, up to twice monthly, from our accounts section of the property management team. These keep you up-to-date on the status of your investment. You will also receive a Newsletter for the latest information for investment property owners.
