• Begin as a CADET:
  We are proud of the achievement of our young people at Natgroup. Cadets work alongside a 'buddy' in the sales team. Many cadets have already progressed to become outstanding salespeople.
• Wages or Retainer Structure (debit/credit):
  You can have the benefit of a weekly pay whilst you are learning. This option does not include any commission on sales. You will work as a member of another salesperson team assisting with their weekly tasks.
• Commission only:
  If you prove to have the skills with this industry, you are able to opt-out of the retainer award rate and become a commission only operator with exciting sales incentives.
• Special commission splits for our proven performers:
  Many of our best people are on a flat commission split at a high level. Flexibility exists with some of our people paying some (or all) of their costs from their income.
• The next step is our 80% independent contractor model, which allows our best people secure a super high commission. It permits a payout of 80% of the commission.Now you are operating entirely independently. You take the 80% commission and cover the costs of personal consumables and a set monthly floor (or desk) fee, which covers your share of the fixed costs of the business.
